The HR and Admin Executive is responsible for providing support in HR and Administrative functions. This role ensures smooth office operations, supports employee-related activities and maintains compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Office Administrative Management:-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including calls, mail and packages. -Manage and maintain all office-related administrative tasks, including but not limited to the office documentation system, office stationery, printing system, and other administrative duties. Ensuring availability and functionality.-Ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and conducive to productivity.-Coordinate office maintenance activities and liaise with building management.-Assist in Sales support tasks.-Assist in organising company events, employee engagement and meetings.-Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical).Human Resources Management-Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks-Assist in onboarding of new hires. -Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records-Monitor employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days-Assist in monitoring and coordinating employee benefits enrolment and billing.-Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations-Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and claims.-Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and other important documents.-Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and decisions.-Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures-Maintain compliance with local labour laws and regulations.Others-Contribute to BCI Group workplace culture through the development, review and promotion of Core Values and Code of Conduct -Uphold BCI Asia company values and corporate mission. -Ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-bci-central-sdn-bhd-job-hr-admin-assistant-executive]
-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).-Experience working with multinational companies and remote team-Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.-Strong attention to detail and accuracy-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).-Strong organizational and time management skills-Knowledge of HR policies and procedures-Independent and able to multitask and work with minimum supervision
