Responsibilities
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus
and work leaves
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and proceduresProcess employees' requests and provide relevant informationCoordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminarsCollaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process
incoming resumes
? Assist accountant with daily accounting works.

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistantKnowledge Of HR Polices, Procedures, Employment LawsSystem Payroll Updating Databases (punch card for salaries)PC literacy and experience with MS Office & MS Excel applicationsGood organizational and time-management skillsTeamwork skillsDiploma in Human Resources or relevant field


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
