Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Responsible for payroll system for foreign workers (Maintain employee payroll process)
Preparing documents needed for foreign workers online renewal of working permits
Responsible for Vacancy Advertisement Posting, calling shortlisted candidates, and interview arrangements for recruitment of new employees for Management
Preparing appointment letters and other related documents for recruitment of local employment & conducting employee orientation
Ensure and monitor all local staff and foreign workers have coverage with related insurance policies and timely renewal
Preparation of opening bank accounts, EPF, SOCSO, and Registration reports.
Preparing external correspondence & internal communication memos
Be aware of the risks and opportunities related to the job assigned.
To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior.
Requirement/Qualification
Minimum Diploma qualification or its equivalent, with priority given to those with working experience
Knowledge of computers is required & strong interpersonal skills in human relationships.
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks given
Analytical thinking skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Mature personality and positive working attitude.
