Job Description Contribute to the evaluation of employee performance and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Group.
Take responsibility for workforce planning, job analysis, and the strategic deployment of employees to optimize human resources within the organization.
Facilitate employee training and development, both through internal and external resources.
Play a role in enhancing employee retention and fostering improved engagement among staff.
Assist in the execution of succession planning to ensure the ongoing sustainability and continuity of business operations.
Establish and formalize HR policies and procedures while overseeing compliance.
Prepare relevant reports and provide support for ESG/sustainability reporting across the Group.
Provide assistance in the day-to-day HR operations.
Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned by superiors on an as-needed basis.
Requirements At least a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is a prerequisite for this role.
Preferably candidates who have expertise as a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager in the Human Resources field, or an equivalent position.
Previous experience in property development and/or within a listed entity is a valuable asset.
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Competence in using computer applications is essential.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality is a must.
Having access to personal transportation is necessary.
