HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY-REPLACEMENT FOR MATERNITY STAFF)JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage daily attendance report.
Assist in updating the employee record.
Manage the filing system record.
Manage invoice and claim from the vendor.
Handle company recruitment matters.
Assist with air ticket / taxi booking.
Responsible for day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources Department such as providing general administrative support, ensuring confidential and accurate documentation, generating reports, maintaining proper office filing and records system, and handling basic correspondence functions.
Any additional tasks required from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as a generalist in the Human Resource Department.
Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact comfortably with all levels of employees.
A team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter, initiative, independent, and possess a high degree of confidentiality.
Good written and oral communication in English.
Knowledge of Labor Law is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Software.
Candidates who are available for an immediate start will be preferred.
