Plan staff development programs in line with company objectivesResponsible for all matters involving HR management such as hiring, training, salaries, claims, policies, contracts, talent management, discipline and performance appraisals.Monitor recruitment efforts for all personnel including writing and placing job adsManage the recruitment and selection process of new staffHighlight and assist with any work-related problems in the office.Assist and advise the General Manager on policies, training, procedures and issues in human resource management.Represent the company (if necessary) in a positive and professional manner at all times.Assist managers in any meeting needs.Manage and develop staff reporting systemsEnsure that programs are planned with clear objectives.Supervises and manages staff performance appraisal systemsParticipate in staff meetings.
Requirements:-
