Hr & Admin Executive (Based In Malaysia)

Job Description: Manage the full recruitment process for the Regional HQ and Singapore offices, including resume pre-screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.Assist with the application, renewal, and cancellation of expatriate employment passes.Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with Sinotrans Group policies and SOPs across SEA countries, while monitoring their effective implementation.Handle all aspects of employee transfers, onboarding, and resignation procedures, including the coordination of necessary documentation and updating employee records.Oversee leave management for regional staff in both the Malaysia and Singapore offices.Provide administrative support, including but not limited to hostel management, welfare activities, visitation arrangements, and other support tasks.Undertake any other duties assigned by management as needed.
 Job Requirement: Possess Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in an international or corporate environment.Familiar with labor laws and HR regulations, with expertise in employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition.Possess strong sense of responsibility, demonstrates excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
