Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Position: HR & Admin Executive
Working Location: Gelang Patah
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, NWH
Salary: RM 5k to RM7k basic + transport allowance

Job Descriptions:
Oversee the setup of factory premises, ensuring compliance with all necessary government regulations and requirements.
Manage and coordinate with government authorities for permits, licenses, and documentation needed for factory operations.
Handle recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration tasks.
Maintain and update employee records, assist with payroll processing, and address HR-related inquiries.
Ensure the proper maintenance of office facilities and manage administrative tasks, including office supplies and travel arrangements.
Prepare and manage reports, contracts, and other essential documentation for the factory.
Ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
Minimum of2 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
Experience in handling government processes and regulatory compliance for factory setup is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR software.
Knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations is preferred.
The candidate must be able to communicate well inMandarin, English and Malay.
The candidatemust possess own transportationto handle various government procedures and documentation tasks.
