Responsibilities:Responsible for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counseling, and staff misconduct.
Perform investigation, administer and control all the disciplinary and grievances mechanisms as well as keep abreast of the latest judicial precedent on IR disputes.
Manage employee disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.
Conduct Domestic Inquiry (DI) preparation and process or attend IR or Labour Department whenever required.
Handle any inquiry related to disciplinary matters and staff grievances.
Prepare a report on disciplinary matters for management's review.
Effective interpretation and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders. Handle and provide solutions amicably whilst complying with organization service standards and practices.
Establish good working relations with internal and external HR consultants, legal practitioners, and related government agencies.
Payroll / Wages:Monitor and manage the team of Payroll / Wages.
Implement and improve the Payroll system, including e-leave and time management, to ensure smooth operations.
Update the government requirements, KWSP, Socso, EIS, and PCS.
Ensure compliance and effective handling of all escalated leave management-related issues.
Training:Manage the overall execution of training needs including the Training Plan, collating training evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of training.
Coordinate in-house and external training programs for employees.
Coordinate or lead on company events or activities such as Annual Dinner, Birthday Party, etc.
Handle HR administrative matters.
Legal License:Monitor and handle the company license, etc. MBJB / MJIP, MPOB, KPDNKK, and others.
Handle the renewal of foreign workers' work permits.
Arrange and handle medical check-ups (FOMEMA).
Handle Certificate Of Accommodation for the Jabatan Tenaga Kerja.
Job Requirements:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Possess knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
