Green Quarter is onthe lookout for a HR &Administrative Executive. We are looking fora competent, out-of-the-box thinker who has experience in TalentAcquisition to help the organization seek the best incumbents tosupport our businessgrowth.Handling and ensuringcompliance with the statutory contributions requirements such asKWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDC and othersEnsureproper management of document and maintain tasksrecords. Assists directors in dailyadministration tasks. Maintain the officecondition and coordinate necessaryrepairs. Plan and organize in-house oroff-site activities, including parties, celebrations andconferences. Manage payroll processesaccurately and efficiently. Overseerecruitment of interns and new hires. Assistin the onboarding process of interns and newhires. Prepare the ProfessionalDevelopment Plan (PDP) evaluation. Preparingperiodic management report and recommending for continuousimprovement suggestions.Providing advice tothe area managers on the best practice in all aspects ofemployment, including company policies andlegislation.Maintaining regular contact withall levels of employees in understanding their concerns andfeedback to management for improvement actionsexecution.Qualifications: Recognized University Degree or equivalentqualification. Minimum 1-3 years ofworking experience in the related field.Goodcommand of spoken and written Englishand Bahasa Malaysia. Computerliterate and well versed with MicrosoftapplicationExcellent time management skillsand ability to multitask and prioritizework. Attention to details andproblem-solving skills. Strongorganizational and planning skills in a fast-pacedenvironment. Ability to workindependently with emphasis on accuracy andtimelinessAbility to maintain highconfidentiality at all time with integrity.
