Monitor staff attendance using the company's attendance system.
Collaborate with HR for accurate records and updates.
Prepare, review, and managequotationsandinvoices .
Ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time.
Customer Service & Communication
Respond to customer inquiries professionally via calls, email, or WhatsApp.
Address client concerns and escalate issues to relevant departments.
Reporting
Generate weekly and monthly HR and sales reports for the management team.
