Hr/Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
Implementing and managing HR policies and proceduresManaging recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checksMaintaining employee records and updating HR databasesManaging employee benefits and compensation packagesConducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employeesAddressing employee relations issues and resolving conflictsEnsuring compliance with labor laws and regulationsPreparing and presenting HR-related reports to managementManaging employee separation processesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field2+ years of experience in HR or a related fieldFamiliarity with HR-related laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityDetail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
