Overview: Human resources officers develop and implement strategies that help their employers select and retain appropriately qualified staff within that business sector. They recruit staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, negotiate with employment agencies, and set up working conditions. Human resources officers also administer the payroll, review salaries and advise on remuneration benefits and employment law. They arrange for training opportunities to enhance employees' performance.
Responsibilities: Administrations Responsible for the procurement of the common daily expenses reimbursement of the office, stationary, water and electricity, network internet, mobile phone, rental and other electrical expensesResponsible for the office vehicle identification card, insurance information, service and maintenance appointment, travel record etc.HR Operations Responsible for personnel recruitment, employee attendance, employee compensation, employee welfare management, responsible for the assessment and other administrative integrated works.Assist in employee time attendance & payroll & related document file.Responsible for daily official documentationsCoordinate with all departments on various filing in the office, including hiring plans, resignation, confirmations, and all other documentations.Responsible for the daily file receiving and dispatching of the company's mailbox, all kinds of documents distributions, communication, archiving soft/hard copy of daily documents Qualifications: At least 1-3 years of working experience in HR & Administration works in employee relations, policy and procedure development with a good understanding of HR functions and practices Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels.Have basic knowledge of HR best practices with compliance with Malaysia Labour Law.Able to work in fast paced environment, proactive, committed and independent personality.Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
