JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  To support the HR Dept in compliance with all Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations; Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization;To manage all HR functions including payroll, recruitment, training, employee benefits & compensations and disciplinary issues;To handle attendance verification and leave record management;To prepare periodic HR reports to superior by monthly / as and when necessary;To support on the administrative To support the HR administrative duties.To assist / perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required language(s): Mandarin, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be prioritized as the role requires the candidate to handle Mandarin-speaking agencies.Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.Stress tolerance and ability to work in a pressured environment.At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
