-Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits administration, HR documentation, and general administration.
-Review HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with current statutory requirements.
-Prepare monthly payroll.
-Handle recruitment and manpower planning processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
-Maintain and update employees' personal files and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
-Prepare HR-related documentation, such as announcements, memos, policy drafts, offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and facilitate the onboarding process.
-Facilitate the creation and updating of employees' job descriptions.
-Coordinate, monitor, and schedule annual performance and confirmation reviews.
-Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and company events.
-Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
-Manage relevant training programs for employees as necessary.

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Knowledge of labor legislation, particularly in employment contracts, leave administration, disciplinary actions, staff compensation, and benefits.
-Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
-Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle people and situations fairly, using sound judgment and integrity.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Experience with QuickPay or HR2000 systems and ISO9001 standards is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
-Well-organized with strong time management skills.
