The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for managing both human resources and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the company. This role will serve as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including outsourced accountants, vendors, and employees, while overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, compliance with regulations, and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
*Human Resource Management*
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits, working closely with the outsourced accountant.Address employee relations and manage employee grievances, performance reviews, and training.
*Administrative Tasks*
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and organization of company records.Handle office administration, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office-related needs.Coordinate with government agencies (SSM, LHDN) to ensure legal and compliance requirements are met.
*Liaison & Communication*
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and outsourced services (accountant, legal advisors, etc.).Manage communication between departments and external partners to ensure seamless business operations.
*Compliance & Reporting*
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory bodies (SSM, LHDN), and industry standards.Assist with financial reporting and provide necessary data to the accountant. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, ideally in a startup or SME environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. *Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and administrative best practices.
