Responsibilities:
Employee Records Management:Maintaining employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
Data Compliance:Ensuring data compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assisting in payroll processing, including calculating salaries, overtime, and deductions.
Managing employee benefits such as insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promoting workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
Supporting career development and performance improvement plans.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Operations Management:Overseeing daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
Maintaining records of contracts, agreements, and other official documents.
Ensuring proper filing and retrieval systems are in place.
Coordination and Communication:
Acting as a liaison between departments to streamline communication.
Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events.
