Job Responsibilities:Coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other applicable Malaysian Employment Acts, as well as regulations related to the Social Security Organization (SOCSO) and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
2-3 years of experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of success.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and effective solutions.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Working with China foreign company is preferable.
Mandarin speaking candidate is preferable.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.
Employee Relations: Ability to manage employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Capability to oversee the performance management process and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
Training and Development: Proficiency in developing and administering employee training and development programs.
Compliance: Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
