Reporting to the Group Human Resource Director, the local HR & Admin Executive is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function of the country.
The HR & Admin Executive is required to lead the local Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HRM and HRD functions including manpower planning, talent management, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits and performance management.
Work closely with various departments to provide HR support.
Oversee the complete payroll function from monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting.
Responsible for formulating and ensuring consistent HR policies and practices in line with business needs and in accordance with local labour legislations.
Responsible for day-to-day operational issues relating to administrative matters.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resource Management.
Good communication skills; written and oral.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Software.
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead team, train talent and effect change.
Willing and able to be a "doer" and "influencer."
