Hr & Admin Executive

Handle HR tasks in a proper and efficient manner.
Prepare letters related to staff movement (letter of appointment, confirmation of employment, resignation acceptance, promotion, disciplinary action, etc.).
Administrative & organize company events.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening and selection, conducting behavioral interviews & interview arrangements, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.
Responsible for both onboarding and offboarding processes.
Admin Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
Schedule and coordinate regular office maintenance services (cleaning, air conditioning, etc.).
Effectively communicate and implement company policies.
Qualifications:
Education:Diploma or degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or a related field.
Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
