To provide HR and Administration support to employees, managers/Head of Departments.
Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinating recruitment including posting of job advertisement, selecting, and arranging interview activities.
Coordinating employment process including issuance of appointment letter, documents, and orientation of new staff.
Monitoring and administering all types of leave records, appraisal for confirmation, claims, insurance coverage enrolment and deletion.
Assisting with recreation initiatives and programmes for employees, including organizing and planning events.
Coordinating year-end review process and taking appropriate action needed derived from the process.
Identifying competency gaps & proposing suitable training courses for employees.
Assessing training needs and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
Assisting in developing HR policies and enforcing these policies and procedures.
Handling employee relations, grievances, and staff disciplinary issues, including advising and guiding management on best practices following employment laws.
Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assisting in all matters pertaining to foreign workers and expatriates.
Assisting with day-to-day operations for the HR and Admin Dept.
Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as required.
RequirementsMust possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment or a related field is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good spoken and written English, and Bahasa Melayu. Candidates who can speak Mandarin are at an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
