JOB SCOPES Posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.To ensure staff databases are properly updated.Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.Prepare letters of Appointment, confirmation, etc.Manage and handle employee relations, disciplinary, and termination processes in compliance with labor and industrial relation requirements.Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.Coordinate or lead company events or activities such as Annual Dinner, Birthday Party, etc.Developing programs to enhance employee morale and retention, such as recognition programs or team-building activitiesSchedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes, preparing materials, and following up on action items.Monitor and track employee performance and development plans.Assist in performing detail checking on the website for all devices (Training will be provided) Perform additional duties as assigned by the managers.
 JOB REQUIREMENT Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.Computer literate and have good skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent and HR management systems.High integrity and sound work ethics.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks systematically.A positive, proactive attitude with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.Require Language: English & Mandarin will be added advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay.
