Details of the offer

-Assist in posting job vacancies and managing applications.


-Coordinate interview schedules and liase with candidates.


-Preparation of Appointment Letter, Contract letters and other related documents.


-Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.


-Set up new employees workstations, provide access to necessary tools and introduce them to team members.


-Ensure compliance with Company policies and legal requirements in record keeping


-Capable of managing all IT related tasks.


-Help organise employee engagement activities for e.g Team building event etc


-Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Head of HR


-Maintain and update HR systems


-Manage HR related correspondence (emails, memo's letters etc)


-Maintain office supplies, stationary and HR related materials for employees use


-Assist in organising events for the employee's such as Birthday lunches, festive celebrations etc


-Assist in office decorations during festive celebrations.


-To perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HOD or the Management.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field preferred.


-At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, with familiarity in HR practices.


-Strong organizational skills and time management abilities


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


-Proficient in Microsoft office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint)


-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality


-Previous experience in a similar role as a HR Admin is preferred


-Fluent in both oral and written communication


-Able to communicate well in English.


-A basic understanding of labour laws and employment regulations.
