Hr & Admin Intern

Details of the offer

-Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.


-Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.


-Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials.


-Provide administrative support to the HR team in tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.


-Support the management of office supplies, correspondence, and general office operations.


-Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture by assisting with HR-related initiatives.


-Other duties as assigned by the HR and Admin team.

; Requirements:-


-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.


-Good communication skills, both verbal and written.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


-A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.


-Prior experience or internships in HR or administration is a plus but not required.


-Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture by assisting with HR-related initiatives


-Other duties as assigned by the HR and Admin team.
