ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
Support the management of office supplies, correspondence, and general office operations.
Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture by assisting with HR-related initiatives.
Other duties as assigned by the HR and Admin team.
Minimum RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
Prior experience or internships in HR or administration is a plus but not required.
