The HR and Admin Intern shall be responsible for but not limited to:-Assist in recruitment activities to fulfill recruitment plans.-Coordinate the onboarding process of new joiners including conducting orientation.-Propose new ideas for staff engagement activities for a highly motivated and engaging workforce.-Assist in verification and data entry for monthly payroll processing.-Support in maintenance of employee records and documentation.-Answer and redirect external phone calls to relevant staff members.-Support in office administrative duties.-Other duties as assigned from time to time.
