Details of the offer

The HR and Admin Intern shall be responsible for but not limited to:



-Assist in recruitment activities to fulfill recruitment plans.


-Coordinate the onboarding process of new joiners including conducting orientation.


-Propose new ideas for staff engagement activities for a highly motivated and engaging workforce.


-Assist in verification and data entry for monthly payroll processing.


-Support in maintenance of employee records and documentation.


-Answer and redirect external phone calls to relevant staff members.


-Support in office administrative duties.


-Other duties as assigned from time to time.

; Requirements:-


- A Diploma / Bachelor's degree student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.


-Commit to an internship period of at least three (3) months.


-Strong interpersonal skills.


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-Capacity for teamwork as well as working individually.


-Resourceful, problem-solving and organizational skills.
