Your Roles . Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures Collaborate with H.O.D. to meet recruitment needs promptly. Implement performance measurement for employee evaluations. Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations, appraisals etc. Coordinate and prepare training plans, oversee HRDF matters. Manage payroll, welfare, and compensation, ensuring timely payments. Review and update HR policies, Employees Handbooks. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Employment Act. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary issues and misconduct. Liaise with Government and local authorities on employment matters. Prepare HR-related letters: confirmation, termination, salary adjustments, etc. Manage office administration including maintenance, licenses and equipment. Develop preventive action and improvement plans for the department. All you need to know .
