Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Full time
Lead the HR & Admin Team and responsible for all human resource activities including payroll, recruitment, performance appraisal, staff career advancement, employee relations, industrial relations, employee welfare, foreign worker as well as all office administrative duties.
Design, formulate and implement Human Resource policies and procedures, review and update guidelines periodically in line with the Company and local legislation.
Develop, implement and manage all recruitment plans including manpower planning to ensure manning is sufficient and efficient at all times.
To succeed in the Training & Development, Career Path Development, and Retention Program.
To conduct discipline action / domestic Inquiry (DI) whenever there is a need against default staff.
Monitor subordinate for follow up / process on renewal road tax / insurance / Puspakom inspection / summon.
Monitor renewal of General insurance eg.
Fire Insurance, Burglary, Fidelity Guarantee, Public Liability, Group Personal Accident, Plate Glass, Transport Liability Insurance, Marine Insurance and so on.
Monitor all insurance claims from third party & all purchasing activities.
To perform any other duties as and when required by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
Good communication & leadership skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related field.
Positive attitude and able to interact at all levels and work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
