Responsibilities:Responsible for the entire recruitment process from the point of requisition by the Hiring Manager up to preparation of the employment contracts.
Work closely with all Hiring Managers on their hiring needs and prioritize according to the company's business and commercial needs.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Onboard new joiners and introduce the company's processes and policies.
Oversee the entire cycle of onboarding activities including check-ins on new joiners and supporting them throughout their probation period.
Manage the entire offboarding process of employees.
HR Operations
Manage and maintain the HR management system.
Responsible for payroll of internal employees and external contractors.
Liaise with statutory and governmental bodies in relation to licensing and statutory requirements.
Oversee employee engagement activities according to the company's engagement calendar.
Performance Management
Oversee and review the performance evaluation framework and related policies.
Administrative:Facility & Asset Management
Oversee the management and upkeep of the Company's facility and assets.
Sourcing & Procurement
Source and procure materials and supplies required by Operations and Office teams.
Foster a strong working relationship with the Company's vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Production Support
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or its equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR and Admin.
Experience in manufacturing would be an added advantage.
