About the roleAs the HR & Admin Manager at Dragon Alliance Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR and administrative functions of our growing organisation.
Based in our Nibong Tebal, Penang office, this full-time position will see you leading a range of HR-related initiatives to support our rapidly expanding team.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
Managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
Coordinating employee benefits, such as insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
Spearheading employee engagement and wellness initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Providing HR advisory support and guidance to managers and employees.
Maintaining and updating HR records and documentation.
Assisting with various administrative tasks, including office management, procurement, and event planning.
What we're looking for
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a similar HR generalist or HR management role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisation.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
Proficient in HR information systems and data management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with office administration and operational support functions.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
