Job Title:Human Resources and Administration Manager

Job Description:
Assume full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, training & development, foreign worker management, and compensation & benefits in MEP Group of Companies.
Assume 50% Strategic and 50% Operational responsibilities.
Execute and assist in reviewing the Company's HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across different nations.
Resolve workplace conflicts and grievances while serving as a liaison between management and employees.
Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administrative requirements.
Attend to customer and government bodies audit in relation to HR & Admin.
Support in handling disciplinary issues, complaints, and grievances in accordance with Company policies and rules.
Oversee foreign workers' management and hostel management.
Assist with matters related to RBA compliance, internal and external audits, as well as the implementation and maintenance of related processes for the Company.
Manage and oversee administrative and IT operations at the headquarters and regional offices.
Any other tasks as assigned by Top Management or BOD.
