Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
Ensure a safe and productive environment.
Handle correspondence, record-keeping, and documentation.
Maintain and implement effective HR policies and initiatives in line with company's objectives to achieve operations & business goals.
Preparation of payroll, payslips & submission for approval.
Ensure efficient staff recruitment & selection, onboarding procedures; includes recruitment for local & foreign workers (handling permit and passport renewal/cancellation, FOMEMA, insurance, etc.).
Liaise with relevant authorities for business license renewal/application, maintain staff medical insurance and vehicle insurance/road tax renewal.
Issuing HR related letters (appointment, confirmation, memo, etc.) and monitoring of disciplinary, attendance & overtime records.
To liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labour Department, etc.) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission.
Preference with some accounting & finance knowledge.
Ensure company's buildings general upkeep of office and factory.
Ensure export logistic arrangements are done in a timely manner.
Regulatory reporting – Form E.
Perform other duties/tasks which may be required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Possess minimum Higher Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 years working experience in leading role of HR & Admin functions.
Preferably a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager from Manufacturing sector.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (will be an added advantage).
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
High-integrity, passion and result oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Well-versed in HR legislation & payroll function are essentials. Experience in foreign workers management is an added advantage.
