Job Scope
As the Department Head, to lead and manage the HR & Admin Department covering spectrum such as Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Government liaison, Employee Relations, Disciplinary Management etc.
Responsible for the implementation and revision of human resources related management systems, policies and work processes.
Responsible for organizing and supervising the implementation of various rules and regulations, policies and procedures at the workplace.
To ensure employment contract management are carried out as per local mandates and regulations, policies and procedures and responsible in handling labor complaints between employees and management, and coordinate grievance procedures.
To ensure the documentation control are managed according to the quality management standard.
Handle full spectrum of recruitment process from sourcing, screening, posting jobs ads (end to end) by arranging interview and reference check to candidates.
Responsible for the formulation of the company's annual recruitment plan, execution of recruitment activities and hiring procedures.
Responsible for the company's performance management system, compensation and benefits policies, and employee retention.
Review all HR related incoming and outgoing documentation.
Supervise the operations of company's payroll function to ensure that all aspects of payroll are processed correctly and on time, payroll procedures are properly administered, and prepare reports for the accounting department, and resolve any payroll problems or discrepancies.
Requirements
Degree in HR or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of related experience in HR & Admin as the Head of Department.
Well experienced in industrial relation, union management & foreign workers/expatriates management.
