TheHuman Resource/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing thecomprehensive Human Resources and General Administration functionswithin the company & will be reporting to the SeniorHR/Admin Manager. Key Responsibilities: •Responsible for the recruitment of both local and foreign workers.• Responsible for the application of work permits for foreignworkers and expatriate staff. • As liaison officer to governmentdepartments on all government matters such as Immigration, KDN,local council etc. • In charge of all IR matters, union management,and discipline management. • Overseas security guard's section,canteen management & general housekeeping • Assist theSenior HR/Admin Manager on all matters relating to the HR andAdministration department. • In charge of HR Admin department's ISOmatters. • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications andSkills: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, BusinessAdministration, or related field. • With >3-5 Years ofexperience in related fields as a Human Resources Admin Manager inmanufacturing industries. • In-depth knowledge of labor laws,immigration regulations, Industrial Relations, and HR bestpractices. • Strong communication, interpersonal &leadership skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and HRISsoftware.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
