Hr & Admin Officer (5 Days / Kempas Lama)

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Manage foreign workers' permits, contracts, renewals, and compliance with legal requirements.
Coordinate employee training, maintain records, apply for HRDF grants, and monitor training budgets.
Process and verify staff claims, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports.
Assist in employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
2-3 years of HR experience, with exposure to staff claims, foreign worker management, training, and industrial relations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration policies, and HR best practices.
Experience in coordinating training programs and supporting staff development.
Must be able to work inKempas Lama .
