Hr & Admin Officer

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Handling full set of Payroll (Time Management, Claim, Leave Management and Salary Entry)
Updating daily attendance thru Excel (Overall employee including contract workers)
Handling Payroll of Contract Workers
Updating HRIS system of Employees
Supporting on Admin Tasks (Clinic, Petrol, ordering Stationaries, ordering and distributing uniforms and shoes, etc.)
Handling of Company Asset Management & Disposal
Performing ad hoc tasks instructed by direct superior
QUALIFICATION:Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for this position.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE ADVANTAGE:Employment Act 1955 (Amendment), HR2000, IPAYROLL, EPF & Payroll Operation.
LANGUAGE:English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Must possess a driving license (Class D).
