What You'll Do:
Be the HR & Admin Anchor at the SiteServe as the go-to expert for all HR and administrative matters at our site.Recruitment & OnboardingLead recruitment efforts for operators and site personnel.
Conduct orientation programs, safety inductions, and arrange medical checkups for new hires.
Manage foreign workers' employment administration, including safety inductions.Employee Relations & Disciplinary ManagementHandle disciplinary matters, conduct investigations, and enforce necessary actions in line with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in developing policies for working conditions, performance management, and absence tracking.
Provide guidance to site management on best practices and disciplinary procedures.HR OperationsManage personnel data, time & attendance, leave records, and process monthly claims and overtime.
Prepare attendance reports and implement improvement strategies in coordination with the Plant Manager and Engineers.Administrative SupportOversee office operations, including maintenance, facilities, safety, and security.
Handle staff uniforms and license/permit renewals.
Monitor petty cash transactions and submit monthly reports to the Accounts team.Employee EngagementPlan and execute events and activities to enhance employee satisfaction and team spirit.
Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations of events.Additional ResponsibilitiesTake on other tasks as assigned by your superiors.
Stay up to date with employment laws and HR best practices.What You Bring to the Table:
Education:Diploma in Human Resources or Business Studies.
Experience:2-4 years in HR, focusing on recruitment and disciplinary management. Experience in manpower management is a plus.
Skills:Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Deep understanding of Malaysia Labour Law (EA 1965) and Industrial Law (1967).Attributes:Positive, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently under pressure.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Location:Port Dickson or other Malaysia sites.
Hours:8.5 hours/day (normal hours), 6 working days per week.
