**SALARY : RM1500.00 ++ (based on experiences**)**Benefits**:- Mobile reimbursement- flexible working hours- yearly bonus / commission- Company Vehicleand others..**Working Hours**9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Monday-Friday)9.00 am - 1.00pm (Saturday)**(Flexible time)**- Experiences as HR Coordinator / Admin assistant- Diploma in Human Resources- Handling full spectrum of administration and secretarial duties within the department.- Managing and monitoring all documents/contracts signed with supplier and vendor.- Ensure proper and accurate filling for all correspondence and documents.- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and reports- Responsible to arrange and coordinate any appointment, travelling schedule, hotel and air ticket bookings as and when needed- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries and any other correspondence.- Handle incoming phone calls.- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.- HR Coordinator**Can start IMMEDIATELY.****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources and admin: 1 year (preferred)
