Job ResponsibilitiesAdministrative:
Manage office supplies and coordinate with suppliers for procurement.
Organize and maintain office documents and records.
Oversee office cleanliness and basic maintenance.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
Handle general administrative tasks and support as needed.
HR:
Communicate with relevant authorities regarding employee matters (e.g., Social Security).
Manage employee contracts and documentation.
Track and report employee leave, public holidays, and other absences.
Train employees on company systems and policies.
Maintain employee records and handle HR inquiries.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Finance:
Issue and process payment vouchers and control reports.
Prepare and manage financial documents, including tax certificates and rental payments.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Issue invoices and follow up on payments.
Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
Liaise with accounting firms and financial institutions.
