Responsibilities : To handle Human Resource and Admin related tasksMaintain staff records, updated employee database& proper filing of HR and Admin related documents.Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions which include checking, preparing and processing of payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefit, employee relations, employee welfare, training & development, attendance maintenance, leave records, employees' safety.Provide end-to-end support on payroll related requests and issues including liaise with external and internal partiesManage day to day general office administration included office maintenance and upkeep of equipments and fixtures and fittingsManage day to day general office administration included office maintenance and upkeep of equipments and fixtures and fittingsOrganises and maintains files and recordsPrepares documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation softwareOffice facility management e.g. stationery, cleanliness of premise, maintenance of office equipments and machines, etc.Strong knowledge in Employment Act 1955 and have experience in handling discipline processes including dismissal on performance or disciplinary groundsInvolve in recruitment such as screening candidates, conducting interview and liaise with recruitment agency, online portal, university/college, etcPrepare interview schedule and coordinate interview sessions.Conduct new employees orientation and briefingAdminister and maintain recruitment database.Ensure all company policies complied with labour laws, statutory and relevant regulations.To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by superior as and when required Requirements: Min 1-2 years of relevant working experiencePossess at least Diploma or STPM certification and aboveGood command of English (oral & written) is a must ; knowledge of Bahasa Cina is an advantagePC literate, committed and multi-taskingFamiliar and Conversant with Employment Act, Labour and Industrial Relations rules & regulationsAbility to adhere to confidentiality of HR related matters.Possess initiative in all work matters.Fast learner and able to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experiences, and the ability to work well with all levels of staffFamiliar with HR BossNet is more advantageApplicant must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal. Salary :RM2,000 - RM3000 ( Depending on the qualifications/working experience) Working Day : 5 days per week.
