DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Execution To ensure and support the recruitment plan for all levels. Responsible for formulating and executing effective recruitment plan to meet manpower needs of the Company.Handle all foreign worker needs by each department and maintain effective compensation packages, by liaising with foreign workers agent for any worker requirements.2.To ensure the accurate and timely processing for:
Payroll payoutAppointment letter, confirmation letter and movement letter. Leave computationPerformance appraisal and annual incrementYearly appraisal and annual bonusSubmission of statutory payment3.To ensure compliance of Labour Laws and other statutory requirements.
4.To closely monitor manpower headcount in accordance with manpower budget.
5.To ensure all salary adjustments are in compliance with pre-determined salary range and area zone.
6.To ensure the accurate and timely update organization chart on staff's movement i.e. new joined, resigned, transfer and etc.
7.To liaise with department head to make sure all staff's Job Description is up-to-date.
8.To conduct exit interviews and ensure proper execution of resignation checklist for all levels of staff.
9. Performance monthly orientation class for all new employees
10. To ensure HR Policies & Procedures are reviewed periodically.
11. To organize successful staff event:-
Yearly annual dinnerYearly team buildingHalf yearly sport activitiesetc.12. To plan and monitor manpower budget and review the costing from time-to-time.
13.To ensure all outlets running with positive staff mix and right person in right position.
14.To conduct quarterly staff audit for all outlets.
15. To ensure monthly HR reports e.g. New Hire, Resignation, Salary vs Sales, OT analysis, Race Mixture, local vs foreign worker reports are submitted.
16. To schedule visits to other outlets on a regular basis to:-
Discuss, share, and collect feedback from the respective Outlet Manager and staff.17. To verify the information is disseminated to outlet staff on time and via right channel. To ensure all disciplinary and grievances are handled accordance to the Law / Company policy.
18.Ensure all departments and outlet within the company complies with Company practices and procedures which related to Human Resource Affairs.
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT TO GM Coordinate sales data and analysis with related presentation format.To assists in manage / maintain and upkeep proper filing, documentations, and correspondences.Schedule and prepare for meeting including meeting paper, minute's record, distribute meeting minutes & maintaining record as necessary.Attend meeting and follow up on the action required.As a personal assistant to the GM. Maintaining strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and business associate.Assist in other task or ad-hoc assignment when require. OTHERS To provide general administration support when needed.To perform any task assigned from time-to-time as directed by the Management / Managing Director.
