We are currently seeking an exceptional professional with a strong work ethic to join us as a HR Advisor (working at HR Assistant Manager level) - Malaysia.

AsHR Advisor , you will be a people person, able to communicate and influence at all levels, providing first-class service to our internal stakeholders.
You will be key to managing relationships, dealing with day-to-day enquiries from staff, working on HR projects and initiatives, and supporting the growth of the business.
You will be responsible for supporting colleagues across our APAC region: Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Japan, Philippines, and South Korea.
About You
You will be a solution-focused problem solver, resilient, and able to build, develop, and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
As this is a stand-alone role, you will be a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative.
We are looking for individuals with a solid background in HR; a HR Qualification is a must.
We are interested in those who have worked in an Assistant Manager or stand-alone HR Advisory role for around 5 years.
We are especially interested in hearing from candidates who have worked in a global organization in the Aerospace, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries with multiple sites to manage.

Starting salary between 8000 – 8500 MYR per month.
