What will you be doing?The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR customer service, providing consistent advice, support, and resolution across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities include coordinating executive, HR, and GBS transactional activities, processing excess payments, handling data privacy requests, and maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems.
The role ensures compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices while addressing customer inquiries and service issues.In addition to customer service, the role involves coaching managers and employees on HR processes, mentoring colleagues, and delivering training.
It also plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions by conducting due diligence, data validation, and ensuring smooth employee transitions.
Collaboration with HRBP, HRIS, and external partners is crucial to facilitate organizational changes.The role emphasizes continuous improvement, adhering to established HR processes, and developing service level agreements.
It involves understanding customer needs, promoting self-help tools, and chipping in to refine policies and procedures.
Regular data analysis and input into strategic initiatives help drive efficiency and improve HR service delivery.
