This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of HR and pay policies to improve the workplace experience. It involves handling HR transactional activities for executives, managers, and HR teams, handling redundancy calculations, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and site closures. Additionally, the role provides mentorship on data privacy, freedom of information, and processes related to subject access requests.
What will you be doing? The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR customer service, providing consistent advice, support, and resolution across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating executive, HR, and GBS transactional activities, processing excess payments, handling data privacy requests, and maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems. The role ensures compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices while addressing customer inquiries and service issues.
In addition to customer service, the role involves coaching managers and employees on HR processes, mentoring colleagues, and delivering training. It also plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions by conducting due diligence, data validation, and ensuring smooth employee transitions. Collaboration with HRBP, HRIS, and external partners is crucial to facilitate organizational changes.
The role emphasizes continuous improvement, adhering to established HR processes, and developing service level agreements. It involves understanding customer needs, promoting self-help tools, and chipping in to refine policies and procedures. Regular data analysis and input into strategic initiatives help drive efficiency and improve HR service delivery.
What will you need to be successful? The HR Customer Service Delivery Advisor role focuses on providing high-quality HR support and mentorship across the employee lifecycle, including tasks like handling transactions, leading redundancy payments, and ensuring data privacy compliance. The role involves advising on policies, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate HR records while ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
The position also requires mentor and training of managers and employees on HR processes, and supporting due diligence during mergers and acquisitions. Key accountabilities include innovating process improvements, ensuring compliance, and liaising with HRBP and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and operations.
