As the HR Advisor, you will operate as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and support employee life-cycle processes, programs, and policies. The role is accountable for all workforce administration activities for JM employees and businesses. The HR Advisor is also responsible for advising their regional businesses on the company's HR practices, policies, and procedures, inclusive of providing coaching and advice to employees and line managers.
The HR Advisor will work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the JMGS HR hub team to achieve strategic business objectives, including supporting performance management, talent management planning, employee engagement, and employee relations.

Your responsibilities:Work collaboratively with HRBP's and Centers of Expertise to ensure proper administration of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
Act as the point of contact for managers on all HR transactional and advisory inquiries, providing guidance, coaching, and support on the interpretation and application of HR policies and practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
Oversee the full lifecycle of employee management from onboarding, confirmation, employment condition changes, to resignation. This includes managing inductions, re-designations, promotions, transfers, resignations, and conducting exit interviews with the intent to determine causes of leaving, analyzing trends and partnering with people leaders to take proactive actions to improve the employee experience.
Handle submissions of payroll inputs as per statutory requirements and maintain accurate personnel records, including staff attendance, absenteeism, and other related data management arrangements.
Develop or advise on org design (job architecture, position, etc.) while implementing organization design changes including oversight of mass data changes, org structures, and positions.
Advise on all HR matters such as policy interpretation, performance management, training & development, employee relations, communications, team effectiveness, and compensation & benefits administration.
Handle individual employee issues and answer queries related to individual employment situations, terms and conditions, policy, procedure, and best practices.
Requirements for the role:Minimum 5 years experience in HR Advisor role.
Experience in Workday & payroll.
Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels.
Proven operational experience in Human Resources.
