JOB TITLE: HR ADVISOR (TALENT ADMINISTRATION)
LOCATION: MENARA PRESTIGE, JALAN PINANG
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Support:
Recruitment Coordination:Assist the recruitment team in monitoring recruitment activities and providing timely progress updates.
Candidate Communication:Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Successful Candidate Processing:Issue offer letters, coordinate medical examinations, and manage background checks (criminal, employment, education) for selected candidates.
Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are collected for employee files.
Reporting & Analysis:Track, report, and analyze recruitment data, including maintaining recruitment dashboards.
Training Coordination:
Training Support:Assist in organizing and scheduling employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Training Logistics:Coordinate venues, materials, and communication for training events.
Training Records:Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance and feedback.
Reporting & Analysis:Assist with analyzing training data and updating relevant training dashboards.
General HR Support:
Contract and Purchase Requisitions:Process requisitions, ensuring correct documentation and approval flows for timely deliverables.
Scheduling & Coordination:Assist in scheduling HR-related meetings, interviews, and events.
Internal Communication:Serve as the point of contact for internal HR updates, ensuring clear communication within the HR team.
Compliance Support:Maintain HR files and records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and company regulations.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Education:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Experience:1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role or administrative support. Fresh graduates with a relevant academic background are also encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and recruitment tools (such as Taleo) is a plus.
Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Attention to Detail:High accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
Proactivity:Ability to follow up and ensure tasks are completed on time with minimal supervision.
