As an HR Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our HR and business teams to deliver insightful data analysis and reporting using Power BI.
You will assist in transforming HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, employee data management, and process improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and presentations
Collect, clean, and organize HR data from various sources
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Analyze key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment performance, and employee engagement
Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate insights
Assist in creating HR reports and presentations for leadership
Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and process improvements
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics or Business Administration
Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, visualization, and report creation)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
Basic understanding of HR functions and metrics is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and results-oriented
