Human Resources Responsibilities 1.Recruitment and Onboarding Enhance and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. 2.Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, and questions. Foster a positive and happy work environment. Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts. 3.Performance Management
Develop and implement performance management systems. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs 4.Compliance and Legal
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. 5.Compensation and Benefits
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments. 6.HR Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Prepare and manage the HR budget. Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management. Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related matters.
