Hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification. Have at least 5 years' experience in HR. You are a positive, self-driven and performance-oriented person. Must know read and write mandarin as you will be required to attend training conducted in this language. Recruitment and selection - Develop smooth recruitment system, choose the right people to hire. Talent acquisition - to develop employment branding to attract and retain talents. Talent Management (Career Roadmap, Succession Planning, manpower planning, Talent pipeline). KPI - Work closely with management and HOD to plan, executive, track and manage KPI of employees which relates to their incentive. Also to take note of their performance. Operation & Compliance (Employment Act, Structure & Performance, HR Policies). Training & Development - To facilitate and monitor employees' skills and knowledge. To assess training needs and designing and recommending learning and development programs as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training. Culture & Engagement - to nurture positive culture and instill the core values of the company; Develop employee engagement plan. Compensation & Benefits. Work closely with management to develop, review and implement rewards strategies and programmes for performance rewards. Payroll Compliance - timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and statutory payment. Expatriate visa management, visa and other immigration matters.
